Our kit requires No welding! You can re-install a 450 motor into this bike even after converted*
Bolt in engine cradle kit using CR500 components (engine, carburetor, electrical, exhaust etc)
Included in our Full kit :
-Billet aluminum lower engine cradles (left & Right)
-motor mount bolts / hardware
-fabricated / tig welded head stay
- Billet fuel tank flange (converts tank to gravity fed + honda pet cock)
-Billet swing-arm spacers
-Billet hose extenders/ coolers
-Radiator locator brackets (designed for CR250R radiators to fit 21 chassis) + spacers
-Aftermarket CR Radiators (we modify them to work on this chassis)
- Billet hose fitting for CR radiator
- Billet exhaust hanger bracket spacer
-exhaust hanger bracket and hardware
-silicone intake boot , Custom fabricated intake tube 2.5-3” and 3” to 4” silicone 90 to a 4” Air filter + outerwear (please look at our youtube video for details) **this eliminates the need for a restrictive box , and still has all the protection of one using the oem pcs to completely enclose it **

- 2021 CRF450R chassis
-CR500 engine (89-01 is easiest)
-CR500 intake boot/reeds/carburetor
-CR500 electrical (harness-cdi -stator etc)
-CR500 Coolant Hoses (Radiator hoses)
-CR500 shift lever
-CR500 controls/clutch cable/ throttle etc
-CR500 exhaust + silencer (you must modify silencer mid pipe to work with this chassis) we are coming out with our own soon!
-OEM honda fuel line flange + o-ring ( that bolts to our main flange)
-misc hardware - a skilled mechanic with experience of a CR500 , 2 strokes, jetting etc.....
